Billing Information

A fun feature in our waiting area is a display cabinet of Disney Animation Characters. Children of all ages find characters they identify with and remember from their favorite movie.

Medical Billing of Insurance

Our office accepts all major Insurance Carriers in our region. We also accept Title XIX patients and self-paying families. We also are participating in the LPO (Laramie Physician Organization) contracts for Medical Care.

Insurance companies can be billed for office visits directly by Lynn, our Medical Accounts Manager. Lynn is helpful to families in answering questions about their Medical Insurance Plans and what is covered and how co-pays and deductibles are handled. She helps take the confusion out of  Medical Insurance Billing for our families.

Title XIX and related Coverage Programs by the State of Wyoming are also accepted in our office. Patients under these programs can get help with their paper work from Lynn.

Patients without Medical Expense Coverage (self-paying families) can talk to Lynn and set up easy non-interest payment programs to cover office expenses. Every payment option can be easily worked out through our office to help with the financial burdens of medical care. 

We accept payments by check, cash and even major credit cards.

Keep in mind that for Hospitalizations, Laboratory fees and Medical Bills from other Physicians are all billed separately from our office and not directly under our control. If you have questions about outside bills, we can help you get answers about those bills, but are not responsible for payments to outside facilities.
