- Critical Care Transfers to Denver Children's Hospital
-
- Not all Pediatric patients can be treated at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. Part of good
medical care is knowing our limitations. When more intensive care is needed than can be
delivered by a community hospital, arrangements are made to transport patients to Denver
Children's Hospital. Specialized air ambulances are brought to Laramie and patients are at
Denver Children's Hospital within a couple of hours for the best Regional Pediatric care
available. From Premature Newborns to Adolescents, when more complex care is needed, we
make is rapidly available at our referral hospital in Denver.
