Jackie While is our full time Receptionist and schedules our patient appointments.

 

 

Jackie While

Jackie While has lived in Laramie the last 24 years and has two grown daughters, and three grand-daughters. She worked with Dr. Kleppinger for 4 years at his former office before joining him at Laramie Pediatrics, PC. She was instrumental in developing the new office's Scheduling System and organizing the Patient Reminder Network. Jackie is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders Association.

Jackie loves to crochet and is an exceptional cook. She is one of the most devoted Denver Bronco's fans in Laramie and is an active UW Sports fan. Jackie is in charge of the office's reception of patients, scheduling appointments and patient reminders. She helps route phone and electronic messages around the office, keeping communications active between the staff and patients.

"I enjoy meeting people and especially the kids, helping them get through their sick visits and immunizations. It's been fun to watch patients who were newborns and now are starting school grow and develop. My goal is to make their visit to our office more pleasant"
